Everyone talks about AI. In four weeks, you build with it.
AI From Zero is a live cohort where you learn Claude on your own real work, not toy examples. Two sessions a week, twelve seats, every session recorded.
Founding tuition is $1,497 through August 10. A refundable $97 deposit locks that rate, holds your seat, and comes off your tuition.
Checkout takes two minutes. Refundable, no questions, and it comes off your tuition.
Every conference has an AI panel. Every LinkedIn post says you should already be using it. And you still open a chatbot, type something, get a generic answer, and close the tab.
You are not slow. Nobody ever sat next to you and built something real on your actual work.
That gap is the whole problem this cohort closes.
What you walk out with
Not certificates. Not a folder of slides. Three things you keep using the Monday after it ends.
A workflow you built yourself
The chore that ate your morning takes minutes in Claude by the last session. You built it, so you can fix it, repeat it, and explain it to your team.
Claude set up in your voice
Your tone, your offers, your business context, configured once. You own the setup, so it works for you every day after, with no vendor in the middle.
A ranked shortlist of what comes next
The repetitive work in your week, ranked by how fast you can put Claude on it. You leave knowing exactly what to automate next, in what order.
How it works
Four weeks, two live sessions a week, 2.5 hours each. An hour and a half of hands-on teach-and-build, then an optional one-hour lab where you keep working on your own stuff with help in the room. Leave after the core and you still get a full result.
Twelve seats, first come, first held. Small enough that Vanessa knows your business and what you are building by week one.
Every session recorded and shared within 24 hours. Miss one, nothing lost.
Your real work, start to finish. You bring the invoices, the proposals, the inbox. No sample data, no pretend company.
What the four weeks look like
Every session is live and you build in all eight of them, on your own real work, not sample data. The weeks hold their shape, the examples come from whoever is in the room.
Foundations and your first win
Claude set up and working before the first session ends. You learn what AI actually is, sort your most dreaded weekly tasks into a build list, and ship your first real deliverable by session two.
Prompts that work, then Claude Cowork
Prompt structure that gets useful answers on the first try, then the move into Claude Cowork: your business context configured once, security guardrails set, and Claude pulling summaries and action items out of your real documents.
Skills and integrations
The heavy-lift week. Your repeat tasks become one-click skills that run themselves, Gmail gets connected, Claude learns to write in your exact tone, and AI drafts the three messages you send most.
Your team and build day
A rollout plan for your team, then build day: one complete workflow built start to finish, your hours-saved number calculated for the year, a ranked map of what to automate next, and a completion credential you can post.
Want to go deeper? An optional two-week Workflows and Agents addon extends the cohort into weeks 5 and 6.
Workflows
The one-click skills you built in the core become multi-step workflows that run in one go. You connect a real tool like your calendar or CRM, move from read-only to read and write, and set permissions so a bad instruction cannot touch anything it should not.
Agents
You build an assistant that knows your business and hand it whole tasks, not just prompts. By the final session it runs on a schedule, remembers across runs, and has a briefing waiting for you in the morning. The addon closes with a showcase of what you built.
Everything in your seat
One tuition. No upsells waiting behind it.
The guarantee, in one sentence
Finish the cohort, and if you do not leave with a working automation you built yourself, running on your own real work, one email gets you every dollar back.
12 seats. When they fill, the cohort closes.
$1,497 ends on August 10. Then $1,997.
The $97 deposit locks the founding rate the day you pay it. Decide next week, pay today's rate. Founding members also lock the $67/mo alumni rate.

Who runs it

Vanessa Jambois founded Digital Hellos in Madison, Wisconsin. She is a Claude Certified Architect, certified by Anthropic, the company that makes Claude, and holds the Claude Partner Badge for Claude Code. She is also a certified AI trainer with fourteen years running Agile teams.
She teaches business owners to build with Claude on their own real work. She was scared of being left behind once too. She teaches from the other side of that, so the fear in the room does not surprise her.
