I'm Vanessa Jambois, founder of Digital Hellos and an AI automation consultant based in Madison, Wisconsin. Before I touched a single automation tool, I spent 14+ years as a strategic facilitator and Agile coach, much of that time inside Fortune 500 companies like TruStage, helping large organizations untangle complex processes and make better decisions faster.
That background shapes everything about how Digital Hellos works. Most automation consultants start with the tools. I start with your workflow. The “diagnose first, prescribe second” philosophy isn't a tagline. It's the framework I used in boardrooms for over a decade, now applied to small and mid-sized businesses.
