Meet Vanessa Jambois

I'm Vanessa Jambois, founder of Digital Hellos and an AI automation consultant based in Madison, Wisconsin. Before I touched a single automation tool, I spent 14+ years as a strategic facilitator and Agile coach, much of that time inside Fortune 500 companies like TruStage, helping large organizations untangle complex processes and make better decisions faster.

That background shapes everything about how Digital Hellos works. Most automation consultants start with the tools. I start with your workflow. The “diagnose first, prescribe second” philosophy isn't a tagline. It's the framework I used in boardrooms for over a decade, now applied to professional service firms.

Why Professional Service Firms?

Enterprise teams have armies of people to absorb inefficiency. Professional service firms don't. Digital Hellos is a solo operation. You work directly with me, not an account manager, not a junior contractor. Every engagement starts with a Workflow Health Check: a structured diagnostic that maps your current operations, identifies where time and money are leaking, and surfaces the highest-ROI automation opportunities before we build anything.

From there, some clients move into a Custom Automation Blueprint, others need Speed to Lead systems stood up fast. The right next step depends on what the diagnostic reveals, not what I'm trying to sell.
