• Ensure their own compliance with industry rules and regulations

4. Use of AI & Automation Tools

We may use artificial intelligence models (including Google Gemini) to generate recommendations, insights, or workflow suggestions.

You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs
• We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated recommendations
• AI models may process inputs you provide to generate results

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, blueprints, templates, maps, conceptual frameworks, and deliverables created by us (“Company IP”) remain our exclusive property unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for your internal business operations. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or repurpose any Company IP without written permission.

Automation builds delivered directly into your software (e.g., Zapier, Make, CRM tools) become your property after delivery; however, our underlying methodologies remain ours.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Services or attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer or replicate our proprietary frameworks
• Use the Services to create competing automation offerings
• Upload or transmit harmful code
• Use the website in a way that violates any applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our Services may involve third-party platforms such as:

• Google Analytics
• Zapier / Make
• CRM or spreadsheet tools

We are not responsible for outages, errors, data issues, pricing changes, or limitations imposed by these platforms. Your use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for losses arising from automation errors, AI-generated recommendations, workflow changes, configuration mistakes, or third-party outages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use. We do not guarantee any specific business results, earnings, lead volume, efficiency gains, or revenue outcomes.

9. No Guarantee of Outcomes

AI and automation can improve efficiency, but results vary. We do not guarantee:

• Specific performance results
• Time savings
• Increased revenue
• Lead conversion improvements
• Operational outcomes

Any examples or statistics provided on our website or in our communications are illustrative, not promises.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Dane County, Wisconsin.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

12. Agreement to Receive Text Messages

You will receive up to 4 messages per month.

T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change.

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.

By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?

Though Digital Hellos will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
